We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products and coaching services, all sales are final once materials are delivered or sessions are booked.

Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled one time at no additional cost.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Digital Products

  • All downloadable products (including workbooks, templates, and courses) are non-refundable once accessed.
